PLEASE NOTE: Property tax bills are generated by the county. If you have received a tax bill incorrectly due to an escrow account, please notify your lender (mortgage holder).
GENERAL INFORMATION
2026 Tax collection at the Town hall runs from January through April. All payments for property taxes after May 1, 2026 should be made to Otsego County Treasurer in Cooperstown NY.

Payments can be made for the EXACT amount of your bill ONLY. Check or credit/debit card (in-person and with additional fee) are accepted.
