Come and view some historical items at the Town Hall.  We are pleased to say we have a few items out for your viewing pleasure.  We are here during normal Town Clerk Hours (Tues 9-12, Thur 1-4, Sat 9-12).

We have a magazine rack with a lot of yearbooks as well as a box of yearbooks that you can look thru. Also in the rack are some other interesting books about the Town. 

There is a picture of the 1987 Polo Team and many spectators at the Polo field in Gilbertsville, but wondering if anyone can name anyone in the picture? (I think one is Pete Bostwick, just to kick things off (LOL)).

There is a table that is made from a section of the floor from the old Upton Castle.

There are also several older maps, documents and pictures displayed on the walls, which are in the process of being swapped out for other items.

Inviting anyone interested in looking at the old yearbooks and reminiscing about them to come to the Town Hall on Jan. 17, 2026 from 11am - 12pm.  There will also be an opportunity to purchase (for $2 a piece) some select yearbooks that we currently have many copies of.  Come join us and have fun telling old stories and seeing what used to be.
