Subdivision Regulations - Public Hearing 7/8/2026 at 6-6:30pm
Town of Butternuts Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on July 8, 2026 from 6:00 to 6:30 PM in the Town Hall, Gilbertsville, New York.
The purpose of the hearing is to review the Planning Board Sub-Division Regulations.
A copy of the draft Planning Board Sub-Division Regulations is available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours or on the town website at www.townofbutternuts.org.

The Subdivision Regulation changes also require some minor changes to the Site Plan Law to remove fees from the Law and point to the new Planning Board Fee Schedule.
